"Not read" notifications
hi *, I have a problem with one user from my Exchange organization. Each Sunday at ~12:00 pm she receives "Not read"notification for mails that were sent some time ago. Tried what is described in the article bellow but with no success. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/222163 Organization is Windows 2008 Server, Microsoft Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !

When someone deletes a message that asks for a read receipt without the message having been read she'll get those notices. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Hi, Does the issue only happen on single recipient? Does the user have any delegate user or rule? Please compare the output of the “Get-Mailbox” and “Get-MailboxCalendarSettings” between the problematic recipient and the working recipient, check if there’s difference. Meanwhile, please temporarily disable Outlook rules to check the result. If the issue occurs after performing a "Mark All as Read" operation, please also refer to the following article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946449 Thanks.Novak Wu-MSFT
